Why spaces feel the way they do
The way a space feels is rarely accidental. Light, air, colour, materials, layout, acoustics, and greenery all shape how a room feels, whether you notice them or not. These are not decorative choices. They are the foundation we design from.
The Factory House is where we live, and where the design philosophy came to life. An industrial site in nature, ten minutes from Amsterdam. Tough and soft. Raw and warm. Built to last, and to be lived in fully. It is the clearest answer to what Inez Interior Design believes a space can be.
