The Factory House is our home. Built on the grounds of a former gunpowder factory on the Krijgsman estate, ten minutes from Amsterdam. A place where industrial heritage and the softness of nature do not just coexist. They define each other.
We designed it ourselves, from the ground up. Every decision was guided by the same principles we bring to every project: light as the first design element, natural materials that improve with age, layout that supports the way we actually live, and a deep connection between inside and outside.
The result is a home that feels like it was always meant to be here. Tough and soft. Raw and warm. Lived in, and built to last.
It is the clearest expression of what Inez Interior Design believes a space can be. And the starting point for every project that follows.
The Factory House is also available to rent, for photoshoots and brand campaigns, and as a space for meetings, workshops, and offsites. The combination of industrial architecture, natural surroundings, and carefully considered interiors makes it a distinctive setting, whether the goal is a striking image or a room where a team can properly think.
